Pilates Mat Series
Our Mat Series classes build core strength, stability, and ease of movement using the precision and flow of Pilates. Each session is part of a progressive series (no drop-ins) that allows you to refine your skills and experience lasting change through consistent practice.
ELDOA Series
The ELDOA method uses specific postures to create space and tension balance in the joints and spine. These no-drop-in series help you learn the method progressively for better posture, improved mobility, and a sense of lightness and alignment that supports everything you do.
Franklin Method Workshops
