Pilates Mat Classes:  
Pilates mat work is an important element of your Pilates journey, and it goes hand in hand with the reformer and other apparatus work to build strength, stamina and resilience. With a maximum of 5 people in each class, our Pilates Mat Class Series help build your skills, juice up your core and get you moving in ways that make you feel good! A series may include 4-8 classes (check dates for the current series.)
If you're new to Pilates matwork, start with a Core Essentials Series - no experience required!

Franklin Method Conditioning Classes:
The Franklin Method is a cutting-edge approach that combines the power of dynamic movement, imagery, and educational insights to revolutionize the way you understand and inhabit your body. Developed by renowned movement educator Eric Franklin, this method draws inspiration from anatomy, biomechanics, and neuroplasticity to create a holistic approach to physical wellness.

Our Franklin Method Conditioning classes combine Franklin Balls and Bands with evidence-based imagery techniques to melt away tension, increase your body awareness and strengthen balanced movement patterns. Learn to use your thoughts to support your goals while training your senses and informing your body. The versatile Franklin Bands make resistance training creative and fun, improving your movement without increasing tension.
