PARKING
Parking in this area can be challenging at peak times. Familiarize yourself with the parking instructions below, and give yourself a little extra time until you get to know the area. If you’re here early - you can take a little walk along the Spirit Trail by the ocean, or sit in the sunshine on the bench by the ramp at the front of the building.
1. Parking Lot @ 38 Fell Ave.
Moving Spirit has one dedicated "Moving Spirit" parking stall in the lot next to our building. When you turn into the lot off of Fell Ave, turn immediately right. Our parking stall is the fourth one on the left, against the building. You will see a "Moving Spirit" nameplate on the curb.

2. Parking Lot @ 50 Fell Ave.
We have three more dedicated parking spaces available at 50 Fell Avenue. To access this parking lot from Fell Avenue (southbound), turn left at the lights at Fell Avenue and Automall Drive. "Speedbolt Printing" is the most visible business on the corner as you enter the lot. Our parking stalls will be on your right, about halfway down the lot, marked with Moving Spirit curb signage. From there, walk out of the parking lot and turn left, onto Fell Ave, walking a few steps (toward the water), and around to the front door of our building at 38 Fell Ave. You can see these parking spaces from our north-facing window at the studio.
3. Street Parking
Four-hour street parking is available in the immediate area. Make sure to observe the parking restrictions to prevent having your vehicle towed. See the map below for details.
In our experience, if Fell Avenue and Harbourside Drive are busy, there is often parking available on Gostick Place. It's easy to walk through the parking lot adjacent to Mountain Technologies (35 Gostick Pl) to reach our building at 38 Fell. Ave. (see map below).
There is also parking lot on Harbourside Drive, just east of Bodwell High School, that offers 4-hour free parking. All you have to do is enter your license plate number at the kiosk and get a ticket. The studio is a 3-5 minute walk from there!
