A mat-based class series may include 3 - 5 classes, depending on the length of the month.

Pilates Mat Classes:
Pilates mat work is an important element of your Pilates journey, and it goes hand in hand with the reformer and other apparatus work to build strength, stamina and resilience. With a maximum of 5 people in each class, our Pilates Mat Class Series help build your skills, juice up your core and get you moving in ways that make you feel good!  If you're new to Pilates mat work, start with a Core Essentials Series - no experience required! If you've got some experience and if your body is ready to twist, roll, and move in more challenging ways, an Intermediate Class Series might be a good fit.
