Small classes ensure tons of personal attention and follow through to ensure you're accessing the movement in a healthy and supported way. We can tailor the class to the needs of the group each month. Whether you're dipping your toe into a Pilates experience for the first time, or whether you're deepening your journey, we're here to make sure you get what you need to be strong and feel good!
A mat-based class series may include 3 - 5 classes, depending on the length of the month.

Pilates Mat Classes:
Pilates mat work is an important element of your Pilates journey, and it goes hand in hand with the reformer and other apparatus work to build strength, stamina and resilience. With a maximum of 5 people in each class, our Pilates Mat Class Series help build your skills, juice up your core and get you moving in ways that make you feel good! If you're new to Pilates mat work, start with a Core Essentials Series - no experience required! If you've got some experience and if your body is ready to twist, roll, and move in more challenging ways, an Intermediate Class Series might be a good fit.
ELDOA
Improve your posture, flexibiilty and strength with the combination of Pilates, myofascial stretches and ELDOA postures in this special series of classes.
ELDOAs are a sequence of specific movements designed to wind fascial chains in the body, creating tension on either side of a joint space. Regular practice will promote optimal function while strengthening and normalizing muscle and connective tissue along the spine and throughout the joints. (ELDOA is a french acronym for Etirement Longitudinaux avec Décoaptation Osteo- articulaire or its translation Longitudinal Osteo-Articular Decoaptation of Spine developed by osteopath Dr Guy Voyer, DO ELDOA.)
