Pilates Breakfast Club
Moving Spirit's Breakfast Club program integrates the best elements of the Pilates Method in an exciting program to enliven your body and give you everything you need to move with "spontaneous zest and pleasure!" It's a combination of Pilates reformer and mat work, in-studio and virtual classes, all starting at 7:15 am. Convenience, value and great results - you're going to LOVE this!

Introducing the Program:
The Breakfast Club program brings you an introductory private lesson and two weekly classes from September to December 2022. Here's how it works:
- One 55-minute Private Pilates appointment
Here's where we get to know you and your needs and goals. We'll spend some time teaching you the basics you'll need to start your classes. (Must be completed sometime between August 22nd and September 10th - call or email us today to book your private!)
- Four weekly 1-Hour Pilates Fundamentals Reformer Classes (Maxi 4 participants each - Mon or Wed class)
This Fundamentals series provides rapid access to our small group reformer program. In these instructor-led classes, you'll learn the fundamentals of Pilates reformer work, and get your own starter program to launch your Pilates fitness journey. (Choose Monday or Wednesday classes - 7:15 - 8:15 am)
- Ten weekly 1-Hour Breakfast Club Reformer Classes (Max 4 participants each - Mon or Wed class)
In these "open-gym" style classes, 4 participants work through their own prepared programs under the guidance of one of our expert instructors. We'll coach your form, add progressions when you're ready, and inspire you to move better and feel better doing it. (Choose Monday or Wednesday classes - 7:15 - 8:15 am)
- Fourteen weekly 45 minute virtual Pilates Mat classes
An instructor-led mat class is the perfect way to start your day, and to enhance the strength, stamina and mobility you are building in reformer classes. Mat and reformer are better together - they build on each other in amazing ways.
